Your Mamawa DESIGNS Bag order is typically packaged up and shipped out the very next business day. In the rare occasion that we are so full with orders, it can take up to 5 business days .
All orders placed on our website will be shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.
Please note that once the package is scanned by the shipping carrier and the tracking information indicates that it has been accepted, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, damages, or loss during transit. We recommend monitoring your package's tracking status and contacting the shipping carrier directly for any delivery inquiries or issues.
It is important to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

International Order Disclosure (outside of the U.S)
For orders shipped internationally, please note that any duties, taxes, and/or fees imposed by the purchaser's country will be their sole responsibility to pay. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to making a purchase.
